About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Notion Expert to join our team at EQUALS TRUE, a global inclusive talent network of like-minded software engineers, agileists, and design thinkers. As a Freelance Notion Expert, you will play a crucial role in creating and administering Notion templates, advising team members on best practices, and managing Notion integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creation and administration of Notion templates to support our team's needs
  • Advising team members on how to make the best use of Notion according to their responsibilities
  • Managing Notion integrations, researching new tools and best practices, and collaborating with different teams to optimize security and data integrity
  • Staying abreast of technology trends and Notion features, applying insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements
  • Solid knowledge of Notion templates, features, and integrations
  • Availability to work on a freelance basis
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with analytics platforms will be a huge plus
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and effectively coordinate data initiatives
