**The Role**
You'll partner closely with engineering hiring managers to identify, source, and hire top talent across the company. Your expertise will drive recruiting process improvements, ensuring efficiency and quality in our candidate experience. You'll use data to evaluate search effectiveness and advise the business accordingly, always keeping the candidate's best interests in mind.
To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in consumer tech environments. You should be comfortable working in a high-growth setting, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills. We're looking for someone who shares our passion for education and talent acquisition.
