At Keep Typing, we are committed to creating a positive and productive work environment for our employees. As a Bilingual HR Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies that improve employee performance and satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Human Resources department in professional development and recruiting, as well as selection processes.
  • Develop and update detailed job descriptions for all roles within the organization, ensuring they accurately reflect current responsibilities and expectations.
  • Work closely with department managers to define and monitor KPIs, evaluating employee performance and effectiveness of organizational initiatives.
  • Analyze KPI data and provide regular reports to senior management, offering recommendations for improvement.
  • Design and deliver weekly training sessions for the team, both remotely and in-person, focusing on skill development and professional growth.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees, identifying areas for development and designing customized career plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced English skills (B2/C1 Proficiency).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of evaluation techniques and KPI development.
