Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise in maintenance programs and practices, developing processes, strategies, and procedures for optimal performance.

The primary role involves providing specialized maintenance engineering support to refining and chemicals operating facilities, conducting data-driven analyses to benchmark maintenance organization's performance, and identifying gaps to set sustainable plans for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in risk-based processes such as Reliability-Centered Maintenance & Risk Based Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop maintenance processes, management strategy, work and performance management strategy, and conduct Maintenance health assessment
  • Conduct data-driven analyses to benchmark maintenance organization's performance and identify gaps
  • Analyze facilities' maintenance performance and establish reference baselines
  • Review maintenance reporting mechanisms and KPIs to drive performance and provide recommendations
  • Assist line maintenance organizations in implementing approved programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized program
  • 10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas downstream Sector
  • Demonstrated high degree of technical competence in maintenance programs and practices
  • Experience with risk-based processes, Total Productive Maintenance, and CMMS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
