The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and experience with procurement and sourcing processes to lead sourcing activities for multiple stakeholders and categories.

1. Develop and execute sourcing strategies that meet business objectives, leveraging relationships with suppliers to drive cost savings and process improvements.
2. Conduct thorough assessments of supplier performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
3. Maintain effective communication with business stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and information exchange.
4. Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and cost reduction, collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.
5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supplier performance and make data-driven decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or a related field.
• Expertise in data analysis, contract negotiation, and relationship management.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP, and ability to leverage technology to streamline processes.
• Professional certifications, such as CSCP or CPSM, a plus.

• Sourcing experience in oil and gas, manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements through strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Familiarity with e-sourcing tools, such as SAP Ariba, and ability to leverage technology to enhance procurement processes.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
