About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled Conflicts Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate and minimum 2+ years relevant experience in a law firm. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing conflicts databases and ensuring accurate data entry
- Conducting thorough conflicts analyses and communicating findings to attorneys or management
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently
Requirements:
- Familiarity with conflicts software such as InTapp-Open, Elite, or other similar systems
- Experience with corporate-family or legal research tools, including Dun & Bradstreet Family Tree Portal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Familiarity with law firm engagement letters, outside counsel guidelines, and conflict waiver agreements
