**Role Overview**

We're looking for a highly motivated Part-Time Retail Key Holder to join our team in Valencia. As a key holder, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our employees.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Opening and Closing: Open and close the store, perform duties in the absence of management, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  2. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, including restocking merchandise, conducting inventory counts, and identifying discrepancies.
  3. Team Support: Provide guidance and support to new employees, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and development opportunities.

**Ideal Candidate**

  • Leadership Experience: 1+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent experience.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work fluid schedules, be available during peak hours of operation, and support stores on nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
