The Job

As a member of our team, you'll be tasked with advancing both our product and technology, always prioritizing a customer-centric approach. You'll face complex technical challenges as Persona's product needs grow more intricate, requiring you to balance compliance requirements for our diverse customer base, spanning small startups to Fortune 10 companies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop cutting-edge solutions that prevent fraud and improve user experiences
  • Leverage expertise to design, develop, and deploy core identity platform components
  • Partner with customers to craft product features that meet their needs
  • Effectively manage different scales - from supporting start-ups to large enterprises with extensive user bases
