Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Yanbu Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) team within the Western Region Manufacturing division. As a key member of our maintenance organization, you will provide technical expertise and support to stationary and rotating equipment assets, driving continuous improvement and optimizing maintenance programs.

• Perform field troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Develop and coordinate maintenance programs, procedures, and systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Participate in major Turnaround & Inspection (T&Is) and emergency plant shutdowns, focusing on planning, scheduling, quality assurance, and execution.
• Provide technical support to maintenance teams by developing repair procedures and monitoring ongoing repairs.
• Lead or participate in scope development, contract strategy, technical bid evaluations, and procurements to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution.
• Analyze and review maintenance-related quotations and provide recommendations as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years' experience within refining or petrochemical facilities.
• Extensive technical expertise in maintenance program development, implementation, and optimization.
• Experience in reliability-centered maintenance, risk-based maintenance, preventive and predictive maintenance, spare parts procurement, maintenance planning, and cost control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
