Turnaround Expert

We are seeking an experienced Turnaround Engineer to join our Maintenance Solution Department (MSD) under Global Manufacturing Excellence (GME), where you will be responsible for providing turnaround management services for refining and petrochemical plants in the downstream sector.

This role involves assisting or leading turnaround assurance reviews or cold-eye reviews of turnaround preparations, reviewing progress and quality of deliverables during the turnaround life cycle, motivating the turnaround planning team to implement best practices, and reviewing implementation of stage-gated turnaround processes.

• Assist/Lead turnaround assurance review or cold-eye review of turnaround preparation and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Review progress and quality of deliverables during the turnaround life cycle and identify areas for improvement
• Motivate the turnaround planning team to implement best practices and industry standards
• Review implementation of stage-gated turnaround processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized program
• 2 years of experience in Turnaround Management, including planning & execution in the Oil & Gas Downstream sector
• Experience in turnaround planning software such as Prometheus, ROSER, Primavera P6, and other end-to-end solutions

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• SAP system proficiency
• Knowledge of competitiveness and Solomon indices pertaining to turnaround performance
