About the Role:
- Design, configure, test, train, and implement D365FO systems for clients.
- Liaise with onsite engagement teams and client teams to gather requirements and determine expectations.
- Ensure quality project delivery, including system and functional testing.
- Showcase excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical know-how, written and verbal communication, and team participation.
Requirements:
- Mastery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations or similar certifications.
- At least 6 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (D365FO) or 5 end-to-end implementation projects.
- Familiarity with presales activities, conducting functional interviews, mentoring juniors, and knowledge of industry processes, principles, functionality, and systems.
- Possess strong analytical acumen, excellent written and verbal English language skills, and the ability to perform under minimal supervision.
- Good understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and knowledge of operating in Shared Services or nearshore teams.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver D365FO end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Work closely with the engagement team and clients to define project scope, goals, and timelines.
- Provide expert guidance on D365FO interfaces and integrations, ensuring seamless system integration.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, promoting the company's services and capabilities.
