DotYeti is seeking a talented Senior Branding Designer to collaborate on developing effective and visually engaging campaigns that drive customer growth. As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to shaping the brand's visual identity and ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive brand guidelines (brand book), including logos, typography, color schemes, imagery, and iconography
  • Driving the brand's strategy and visual storytelling, ensuring consistency across digital, marketing, and collateral materials
  • Providing guidance on best practices and optimizations throughout design projects
  • Presenting designs to stakeholders and applicable teams, effectively communicating design rationale
  • Incorporating feedback and changes as needed, ensuring designs meet project objectives
  • Conducting thorough QA checks to ensure designs are error-free
  • Leading the creation of brand assets for digital, print, and social media channels, aligning with brand strategy
  • Passing final designs to development or publishing teams for release

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Significant proven branding design experience
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating successful branding and graphic design work
  • Proficiency with design software and technologies
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and detail
  • Excellent communication and time management skills

Bonus points for previous startup and/or design agency experience and experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
