Contract Negotiation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our procurement and contract processes within the Maintenance Solutions Department (MSD) of our Global Manufacturing Excellence Organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying value-adding programs that assess facilities performance in contracts management, reviewing and analyzing facilities performance for continuous improvement, and assisting in establishing guidelines for integrated contracts management processes.

Frequent assessments will be conducted at facilities in terms of contracts management, planning, procurement, and administration. Additionally, the candidate will support the organization in developing business plans for program deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy value-adding programs that assess facilities performance in contracts management.
• Review and analyze facilities performance for continuous improvement.
• Assist in establishing guidelines for integrated contracts management processes.
• Conduct frequent assessments at facilities in terms of contracts management, planning, procurement, and administration.
• Support the organization in developing business plans for program deployment.

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field is required.
• 10 years of experience in contracts management in an oil and gas industrial environment is essential.
• Experience in contracts advisory, assessing, and evaluating contracts management performances is necessary.
• Familiarity with contracting processes is also required.
