We are seeking an experienced Senior WordPress Website Designer and Developer to join our innovative team at Builder Lead Converter. Our mission is to provide cutting-edge technology and unparalleled support to transform our clients' marketing, lead generation, and sales processes.
About Our CompanyBuilder Lead Converter is a pioneering Software With a Service (SwaS) company dedicated to revolutionizing remodeler and home builder lead generation and conversions. Our team of experts is passionate about delivering exceptional results and providing an outstanding experience for our clients.
Main Job Responsibilities- Design and Develop Websites: Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites that meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Create Project Plans: Create concept pages, scope of work documents, and time estimates to ensure seamless project execution.
- Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate website components efficiently.
- Optimize Website Performance: Ongoing optimization of website performance, including page load speed and mobile responsiveness.
- Implement Third-Party Tools: Implementation and customization of third-party integrations.
- Maintain Websites: Website updates, backups, and security enhancements.
- Test and Debug: Comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure website functionality across various browsers and devices.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Senior WordPress Website Designer & Developer with at least 5 years of experience.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, facilitating clear interactions with clients via Zoom and Trello boards.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to manage junior website developers.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- WordPress Expertise: Detailed understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.
- Responsive Web Design: Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.
- SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices and implementation.
- Git Knowledge: Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Task Management: Capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
