About the Job

We're seeking a highly motivated Residential Operations Coordinator to join our team at Amenify As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for supporting our property manager ambassador program, troubleshooting and technical support, and executing on our outreach and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and resolve problems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Build strong relationships with positive energy and empathy for our clients (multifamily property managers) ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Assist property managers with software-related issues and execute on our property manager ambassador program.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the property management or corporate housing industry.
  • Excellent English proficiency; communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
