Founding Entrepreneur Leader

As a Future Founder at Atomic, you'll work with experienced entrepreneurs who take ideas from concept to creation, generating meaningful traction and building the founding team. This role can be based in San Francisco or Miami.

• A track record of starting and building companies, whether successful or not, with valuable experience to apply to your next venture.
• A unique perspective on large underserved markets ready for modernization.
• Deep industry knowledge and expertise, paired with super powers in areas like engineering, product development, business development, or sales.
• Leadership experience, including team building, recruiting, and strategic thinking.

Our salary range is $175,000 - $250,000 per year, dependent on experience. You'll also receive competitive benefits and founding equity in the company you help create.
