Job Overview:

The Machine Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of FMI's production machinery. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance checks on production equipment
• Repair and maintain machinery to prevent downtime and optimize productivity
• Collaborate with product managers and plant engineers to identify and address maintenance needs
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment failure

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or associate's degree preferred
