Key Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional software experience.
  • More than 2 years in a role focused primarily on infrastructure/platform.
  • Made an impact in previous organizations.
  • Driven technical excellence through process, practice, and tool improvements (e.g., test automation, CI/CD, and DevOps).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ownership mindset: comfortable with responsibility and accountability.
  • Thoughtful about maintaining a world-class engineering culture.
  • Pair programming experience.
  • Passionate about education and its impact on tens of millions of children's lives.
  • Lives and works in the Americas timezones.
