About the Position:

We are recruiting a Sales Development Representative to join our expanding B2B SaaS team, focusing on the FinTech industry and targeting accountants in the U.S. and Canadian markets.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, prior experience in sales development, and a proven track record of driving growth through lead generation and qualification.

  • Main Tasks:
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients in the accounting sector
  • Qualify leads from various sources, including conferences, webinars, and cold outreach initiatives
  • Ensure a consistent flow of qualified opportunities through persistent prospecting, follow-up, and outreach efforts
  • Utilize CRM tools, such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, and HubSpot, to effectively manage leads and monitor outreach activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a BDR or comparable sales position, preferably within English-speaking companies
  • Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English skills with minimal to no accent
  • Cold Calling: Proven ability and confidence in cold calling
  • Location: Based in LATAM with a reliable internet connection
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and HubSpot
