Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of a programme strategy that aligns with our global objectives.
  • Collaborate with local NGOs and capacity building partners to ensure successful programme execution.
  • Manage risk assessment and safeguarding policies to ensure a safe working environment.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of protection, GBV, and project management principles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior management roles within complex country programmes and an advanced degree in International Development, Humanitarian Affairs, or a related field.
