The Role
As a Lead Generation Manager at Valatam, you'll be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel lead generation strategies that attract, engage, and convert leads into pipeline opportunities. You'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth by managing and optimizing lead-generation efforts across multiple channels while leading a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage all aspects of the lead generation process across multiple channels (cold email, cold calling, direct mail, etc.).
- Audit, optimize, and scale existing prospecting processes to maximize efficiency and conversions.
- Continuously analyze lead generation performance, utilizing data to drive improvements and identify new growth opportunities.
- Develop and manage comprehensive reporting systems to track and assess lead generation outcomes and make strategic adjustments.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing B2B lead generation team to ensure consistent quality and innovation in tactics.
- Ensure alignment between marketing and sales teams, optimizing lead handover processes to maximize sales pipeline efficiency.
Requirements
- C1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills.
- At least 3 years of proven experience and a successful track record in B2B lead generation.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and process optimization to drive performance.
- Proficiency in using systems and tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Google Sheets, Airtable, Apollo (or similar) and CRM systems for lead generation and data management.
- Experience managing and building high-performing teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment is a plus.
