This hybrid role as a Senior Backend Developer will be responsible for playing a pivotal part in our development team. You'll leverage your technical expertise to create and enhance high-quality software solutions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction across all projects.

• Project Planning: Conduct thorough analysis and modeling of proposed solutions to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and objectives.
• Requirements Gathering: Actively participate in the requirements gathering process, providing technical expertise to define effective solutions.
• Development: Develop high-quality software in accordance with company standards and guidelines, using technologies and best development practices.
• Testing: Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions before handing them over to the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure optimal performance.
• Team Collaboration: Support team training and guidance, sharing knowledge and experiences for collective growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience as a developer for at least 4 years.
• Deep knowledge of good programming practices and software design.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Ability to analyze requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
• Capability to estimate development times accurately.

We offer a competitive salary range between $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Partial remote work options are available, allowing you to work from home some days a week. Our health coverage includes paid copays for employees, and we provide a computer for your work. An informal dress code ensures a comfortable work environment. Please note that travel may be required for certain projects.
