About the Role

We're seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our financial operations in Ecuador. As a key member of our Ice Cream Leadership Team, you'll drive profitable growth and assert our market leadership. Your mission is crucial in this role, responsible for all levers of the value chain to drive the financial growth model and deliver business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for finance operations within the country.
  • Responsible for fixed assets, inventories, and control for all operations for IC Ec.
  • Credit and collection management.
  • Commercial finance for both retail and direct sales distribution channels: investment strategy.
  • Marketing financial business partner: current ice cream portfolio and long-term innovations.
