Your Role

As our Mobility Innovator - Project Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing project output while leading a team of experts. Your primary goal is to integrate employees into the project, ensuring seamless collaboration and maximum efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage projects technically and in terms of content, adhering to FDTech processes.
• Identify and track project-specific technical skills of employees, providing project-specific training as needed.
• Empower your team to recognize and solve problems independently, offering necessary support when required.
• Set ambitious targets for yourself and your team, using relevant metrics to drive success.
• Analyze profitability and implement measures to enhance financial performance.
• Serve as a trustworthy interface with customers, handling billing, control of services, and contractual agreements.
• Resolve problems and conflicts during project planning, execution, and completion.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A German native speaker or C1-level English fluency.
• Successfully completed studies in STEM fields (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, etc.).
• Project Management certificates and extensive experience in project management.
• Software project management experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• ADAS/AD background.

Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per year
