The **Facilities Operations Specialist** plays a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our stores. This position requires routine maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, and quick repairs of facility problems when they arise.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all maintenance repair service requests are scheduled and completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain and repair various equipment and systems, including lighting, test equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
- Monitor and coordinate control panels and thermostats to maintain standard working temperatures.
- Perform periodic quality checks on all equipment and systems to ensure they meet standards.
- Cleaning, inspecting, and repairing broken machines or defective equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Assisting other departments when needed to provide optimum service to guests.
- Keeping refrigerators and freezers organized and stocked with fresh products.
- Cleaning and maintaining the inside and outside of the store, ensuring trash cans are properly emptied and cleaned.
- Taking on additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned by store management.

Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- You should have knowledge of maintenance processes and methods.
- Manual dexterity and working knowledge of test equipment, hand tools, and power tools are essential.
- You should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have excellent customer service skills.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for this role.
- A proactive mindset and high energy levels are also required.
Estimated salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year. Please note that salaries may vary based on location and experience.
