Boston Scientific Gruppe is a global leader in medical science with a commitment to advancing health care. We are seeking an experienced Associate Director for Design and Compliance to join our team.

This role will be responsible for ensuring that systems, processes, and staffing are suitably designed and implemented to maintain an effective quality system.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of Design Assurance experience and 5 years of leadership experience. Prior experience in Process Development, PMO, Reliability, Complaints handling, complex capital equipment, software or embedded firmware, and active implantable devices is highly desirable.

This role will involve working closely with the existing DA teams to ensure product safety, reliability, and quality through the effective use of quality planning, risk analysis, statistical methods, and process controls during the design and manufacturing stages of the product.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, ability to drive PIRs, foster a diverse workplace, create an entrepreneurial environment, and develop organizational and operational policies that affect one or more groups.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $140,000 - $266,000, annual bonus target, and long-term incentives. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
