Bilingual Hiring Coordinator

We're looking for a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Valatam. As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll be responsible for finding top talent for our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, contribute to our mission, and gain international experience working with US companies. You'll be responsible for sourcing and contacting potential applicants, screening incoming applicants, conducting interviews, and keeping our ATS and department admin folders up to date.

The successful candidate will be working on projects that may include some of the functions listed above, as well as additional ones not listed here. Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and contacting potential applicants that fit search criteria.
• Screening incoming applicants and moving them through the pipeline.
• Conducting interviews, and taking and organizing interview notes.
• Keeping ATS and department admin folders up to date.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• C1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills.
• At least 1 year of Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience preferably remote.
• Experience or familiarity with HR and talent management processes.

A quiet home office with a desk and office chair, stable internet, and other necessary equipment are also required.
