About the Role
Scripps Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our financial planning department, you will be responsible for performing financial analytics, proposing journal entries, and updating financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform in-depth financial analysis to inform business decisions
* Develop and propose journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update financial systems and schedules
* Facilitate and lead the operating and capital annual budget process
* Utilize financial reporting tools to provide relevant data for financial planning and forecasting

Requirements
* 5 years of experience in financial analysis
* Strong understanding of the rapidly changing healthcare industry
* Highly developed analytical skills to understand complex financial activities
* Bachelor's degree with Business emphasis preferred
