We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Scale Up. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through targeted outreach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research and social media platforms.
- Create and execute email campaigns to generate interest in our recruiting services.
- Craft personalized and compelling messages for LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team to further explore opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
- Advanced oral and written English level.
- Proven experience in sales or business development roles within the recruitment/staffing industry.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably Apollo, and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and optimize sales processes.
- Ability to work autonomously, set and achieve objectives, and remain self-driven and motivated in a remote work setting.
- Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Compensation package including a base salary plus commission structure.
