Logistics Coordinator

We are Gestión Más Humana, a European nutritional supplements company with offices in La Florida, Caracas. We are seeking a Logistics Specialist with intermediate English skills (essential).

The role is based on-site and offers a fixed monthly salary of $500 USD. Productivity bonuses of up to $200 USD per month can be earned.

Total monthly income can reach up to $700 USD.

A three-month probation period applies before being hired as a permanent employee.

Key responsibilities:

• Experience in logistics, transportation, delivery, or supply chain management for at least one year.
• Must have experience working with courier services that deliver goods.
• Knowledge of delivery route planning in Caracas and logistics process optimization.
• Computer proficiency is required.

Necessary skills and qualifications:

• Local geography knowledge and courier delivery expertise in Caracas.
• Organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with data and reporting.
• Intermediate English language knowledge.

Key functionalities:

• Planning and organizing courier delivery routes in the city of Caracas.
• Monitoring delivery times.
• Reporting on courier work.
• Interacting with clients and resolving issues that arise.
• Optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitoring and analyzing courier performance indicators.
