Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Lead to join our team at GB Advisor LLC. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing marketing automation tools, growing new leads, and collaborating with designers to produce engaging content.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth.
2. Manage marketing automation tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
3. Identify new marketing opportunities to increase brand awareness and reach.
4. Grow new leads by converting site traffic into sales-ready leads.
5. Collaborate with designers and external experts to produce high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
6. Process staff requests and ensure compliance with organizational procedures.
7. Analyze data to evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness.
8. Identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
9. Develop and implement editorial calendars to streamline content creation.
10. Supervise quality controls for social media content development.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
Advanced English language skills.
