Bilingual Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Ecommerce Accountant to join our team at Intrinsically Safe Store. As an integral part of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial operations related to our Ecommerce platform.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for our Ecommerce platform, including transaction processing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into our financial performance.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Ecommerce sales, customer acquisition costs, and profitability, and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to develop and execute financial plans and budgets for our Ecommerce business.
• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
• Identify areas for process improvement and automation to streamline financial operations and increase efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with a focus on Ecommerce or retail accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero, and advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Ecommerce platforms and digital marketing metrics is a plus.
