**Shipboard Medispa Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Spa Specialist to join our team at OneSpaWorld. As a Shipboard Medispa Physician, you will be responsible for administering cosmetic medical procedures to onboard guests. Your clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills will enable you to provide aesthetic medical solutions to address the concerns of our guests.

• Administer cosmetic medical procedures to onboard guests.
  
• Review and give final approval for all service/treatment plans.
  
• Work closely with the Medi-Spa Sales Consultant to promote services and products.
  
• Provide consistent professional medi-spa services and treatments in accordance with OneSpaWorld's medi-spa protocols.
  
• Conduct patient follow-up as required.
  
• Be flexible with scheduling, supporting the needs of the spa and guest.
  
• Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product/supplies to assist with cost control.
  
• Follow service pricing policy set by OneSpaWorld.
  
• Cross-promote other spa services.
  
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by ship and company policy and procedure.
  
• Manage medical product and supply inventory.
  
• Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.
  
• Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
  

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Completed medical education and hold a medical degree from a recognized college or university.
  
• Hold a current valid medical license.
  
• Comfortable with giving presentations/speaking in front of large groups.
  
• Fluency in English.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills.
  
• Basic computer knowledge.
  
• Ability to work without direct supervision and actively promote services to guests.
  
• Enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills.
  
• Ability to give an effective presentation as it relates to medi-spa services.
  
• Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
  
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
  

You will be working on a cruise ship, providing medical spa services to onboard guests. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible with scheduling to meet the needs of the spa and guest.
