The Medi-Spa Physician plays a crucial role in providing high-quality cosmetic medical procedures to onboard guests, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and promoting our spa services effectively.

Collaboration:

The Medi-Spa Physician collaborates closely with the Medi-Spa Sales Consultant, who assists with sales, marketing, and promotional aspects. The consultant also facilitates effective communication between the physician and guests, if necessary.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Promoting our spa services and products to guests
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Providing consistent professional medi-spa services and treatments, adhering to industry standards
  • Conducting thorough patient follow-up as required, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Flexibility with scheduling to meet the needs of onboard guests
  • Maintaining equipment and managing product/supplies efficiently
  • Adhering to service pricing policy and recording accurate Medical Records for each guest
  • Cross-promoting other spa services to enhance the overall guest experience
  • Maintaining highest sanitation and sterilization standards
  • Managing medical product and supply inventory effectively
  • Reporting incidents involving staff or guests promptly and professionally
