Job Title: Asset Protection Manager

Job Summary:

The Asset Protection Manager is responsible for overseeing all administrative duties that support the Asset Protection and Security teams in achieving company goals. This includes project delivery support, technical writing, presentation sets, and other projects as needed. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing, training, and performance managing a corporate administrative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and submit department operation reports for approval
  • Maintain filing systems and assign clerical functions
  • Ensure high office staff performance through coaching and counseling
  • Manage department invoices and vendor scheduling
  • Oversee key and lock control system programs
  • Coordinate communication between departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two plus years of management experience
  • Previous technical writing experience is highly desired
  • Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Physical Demands:

This is a full-time exempt-level position requiring long hours of sitting and using office equipment and computers. Some travel and overnight stays may be required.
