Job Title: Mechanic Turner

Are you a skilled mechanic looking for a challenging role in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Mondelēz International is seeking a Mechanic Turner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.
  • Manage teams consisting of technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors, and operations personnel.
  • Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks.
  • Represent the department/line as the site technology owner in regional and global technology forums.
Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of maintenance standards and tools, including AM and PM systems.
  • Ability to lead a role for the line, qualifying and coaching the next level SWP owners.
  • Capability to work as a Line Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line.
