**Technical Support Role Overview**

At Incrementum, we're looking for a skilled Technical Support Liaison to join our team. This is a full-time position that involves working directly with customers to configure and troubleshoot web-based software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and training to customers and prospects through web-based platforms.
  • Resolve technical issues and escalate them to the software development team when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with the data center operations team to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and deliver web-based training to customers and prospects.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in web application support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Self-motivated with a strong facility for technology.

Work Environment:

This is a remote full-time position with a standard Monday to Friday schedule.
