We are seeking a highly experienced Refinery Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the Operations Engineering Unit, you will be responsible for driving performance improvement programs that enhance process safety, optimize energy and manufacturing costs, increase plant reliability, and maximize plant profitability.
Main Accountabilities:
- Drive performance improvement programs across multiple refinery units
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
- Provide technical guidance on process design, operation, and maintenance
- Support the development of business cases for capital investments
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering and at least 8 years of experience in refining processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities, are also essential.
