Job Opportunity: LawyerWe are seeking a skilled Lawyer to provide legal support and guidance for various US real estate transactions and projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents.
- Advise on property acquisitions, sales, and other transactions.
- Help ensure compliance with relevant real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice to support business objectives.
- Manage disputes and help represent the company in real estate-related litigation or negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, development, and property management.
