A Brief Overview of the Job
The Field Leader administers, plans, organizes, analyzes, and accomplishes the branch objectives. This role involves solving problems and situations within the unit. The Field Leader also supervises, evaluates, and develops the branch personnel.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Encourage business development by effectively managing the branch
* Analyze and promote the objectives and targets of the unit
* Analyze daily financial reports
* Assign tasks to personnel based on their knowledge and experience
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality service that meets clients' needs
* Enforce compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulations within the branch
* Manage and control cash, including daily deposits, petty cash, and cash register tally
* Maintain delinquency and loss potential at a minimum level and within established objectives
* Orient personnel about changes in procedures and policies
* Supervise, train, evaluate, and develop branch personnel
* Encourage compliance with all objectives, targets, and projected results for the branch
* Perform any other related task assigned by Supervisor
What You'll Need
* Bachelor's Degree and four years of relevant experience within the Banking Industry, as well as one year of personnel supervision experience
* Or an Associate's Degree with at least six years of relevant experience within the Banking Industry and two years of supervision experience
* Knowledge of legal procedures, techniques, and methods used for collections purposes
* Office equipment management
* Ability to work under pressure
* Interpersonal communication skills
* Analytical ability
* Capability to apply operational procedures
* Ability to write, speak, and comprehend English and Spanish
* Knowledge of administration and management
