Americs Talent Strategist

We are looking for an experienced Americs Talent Strategist to join our team at Canonical. As a pioneer in the open-source movement, we require a skilled HR professional to develop and implement effective talent management strategies in the Americas region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing talent development programs, succession planning initiatives, and performance assessment processes to drive business results. They will also partner with cross-functional teams to identify and address talent gaps, and develop strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and a proven ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
