About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Hirschi Companies. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the accounting functions and financial stability across the organization and its subsidiaries.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of cash flow, fixed assets, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare and present financial reports to executive management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial management and control
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and implement process improvements
