Job Description

As a Full Stack Engineer at ClassDojo, you will play a critical role in building the systems that will support our ambitious goals. You will work collaboratively with your team to develop production-ready code, deploy frequently, and ensure seamless integration across web apps, APIs, databases, and infrastructure. Your contributions will have a direct impact on tens of millions of students, teachers, and parents around the world.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
* Develop, debug, and optimize high-quality code for our web applications, APIs, and databases
* Participate in pair programming, mob programming, code reviews, and design sessions to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing
* Contribute to technical improvements and investments, ensuring the highest level of technical excellence
* Support and improve our build and delivery pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment processes

Requirements

* 10+ years of professional software experience
* Proven track record of delivering impactful user and business outcomes
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Ownership mindset, with a willingness to take responsibility and accountability for your work
