Job Overview

Freelance Latin America is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT professional to join our team as an IT Specialist. In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance on diverse software applications and hardware systems for our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general problem-solving and assistance on various software applications and hardware systems.
  • Offer individual and group instruction and training to faculty, staff, and students on new or updated technologies.
  • Maintain and update record-keeping systems; document projects; write and maintain user instructions.
  • Coordinate, maintain, and input applicable records such as network users, security, and tracking inventory levels of equipment and materials.
  • Perform moderately advanced technological systems support, maintenance, and testing for proper upkeep of systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good expertise with Microsoft Azure AD and Microsoft Intune.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate professionally daily through email, spreadsheets, and other formal presentations as needed.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized with the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Internet-related applications such as E-Mail clients and Web Browsers.
