As a Senior Product Owner at BairesDev, you will be working remotely on roles that drive significant impact worldwide.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Product Owners to join our Research & Development Team (R&D). Our R&D team drives millions in revenue every year.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in similar roles and a strong background in Agile methodologies.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs to create features and user stories.
  • Collaborate with development teams to size and estimate.
  • Attend daily scrums to resolve product roadblocks and validate 'done' stories.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders via product demos and risk/opportunity reports.
  • Support the sales process and build business cases.
  • Conduct analysis and market research to define products and support clients.
  • Manage multiple projects and phases within a singular client.
  • Continuously improve products and processes.
  • Establish and manage the Product Management process.
  • Identify business opportunities and leverage technical expertise.
  • Act as a mediator between internal and external clients.
  • Manage control and monitoring tools.
  • Address risks and problems.
  • Ensure product quality.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in similar roles.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Agile Product Owner.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis.
  • Additional experience as a Project Manager or Software Developer.
  • Experience in product development, from design to testing.
  • Results-oriented with negotiation skills and good communication.
  • Advanced English level.
