Mecanico Tornero Specialist

Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking to drive your career forward? We're seeking a highly technical Mecanico Tornero to join our team at Mondelēz International.

As a Mecanico Tornero, you will be responsible for leading the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage this through teams consisting of various technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors, and operations personnel.

• Partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets - Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale for the lines, ensuring process stability.
• Own the technology and process, and centerline settings for the equipment and process, with deep technical mastery of the process and equipment.
• Develop, own, and execute the line's preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans, and build capability of the team to execute themselves.
• Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks.
• Represent the department/line as the site technology owner in regional and global technology forums.

We're seeking a candidate with advanced knowledge and skill to maintain dedicated equipment at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM standards on dedicated equipment and TPM tools problem-solving tools. The ideal candidate will have the capability to lead a role for the line, qualify and coach the next level SWP owners, and drive common opportunity areas across the line in a PDCA approach.
