Bei ASPICON hast du die Möglichkeit, deine Fähigkeiten als Projektmanager einzusetzen und dazu beizutragen, dass Geschäftsprozesse effizient und effektiv gestaltet werden.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgabe ist die Koordination, Überwachung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen zur Sicherstellung eines effizienten Ressourceneinsatzes. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten im gesamten Datenbank- sowie Infrastrukturbereich.

Durch ein effektives Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Vertrieb und Technik sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss.

Zu deinen weiteren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Die Definition von Meilensteinen und Zeitplänen
  • Die Ressourcenallokation
  • Eine aktive Kundenkommunikation über alle Projektphasen hinweg
Qualifikationen

Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich mit, gern Wirtschaftsinformatik. Außerdem punktest du mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise in der IT-Branche.

Gängige Tools zur Projektverwaltung (CRM, Ticketsystem) sind dir geläufig und du besitzt Organisationstalent.

Deine Arbeitsweise ist eigenverantwortlich, lösungsorientiert und von einem hohen Qualitätsbewusstsein geprägt.
