At Builder Lead Converter, we're looking for a highly skilled Full Stack WordPress Engineer to lead our web development efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and developing high-performing WordPress websites that meet client expectations and industry standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins to enhance website functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless integration of website components.
  • Optimize website performance, including page load speed and mobile responsiveness.
  • Implement and customize third-party integrations.
  • Perform website updates, backups, and security enhancements.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure website functionality and compatibility across different browsers and devices.

In order to succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a Senior WordPress Website Designer & Developer with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Able to clearly communicate with clients via Zoom and Trello boards in English.
  • Able to manage junior website developers.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

We offer a competitive hourly wage: $62.40-$82.40 per hour (paid bi-weekly for a 40-hour workweek), paid time off, floating holidays, profit sharing, flexible schedule, and performance-based bonuses.
