Job Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for legal professionals seeking to expand their careers. The successful candidate will work on various projects, including:

• Searching and retrieving information from court-related databases and other online sources for case information.
• Organizing materials needed for expert witness review.
• Reviewing, analyzing, and organizing document productions by opposing parties and co-defendants.
• Summarizing transcripts and organizing key documents.
• Preparing and organizing materials needed for expert witness review.
• Managing documents and maintaining organized case files.
• Contacting outside sources to retrieve information and reviewing and analyzing the same.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree required, Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Insurance defense experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to integrate into a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Experience with drafting subpoenas and creating logs for records received.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career while working with a reputable national law firm.
