Investment Banking Associate

Our firm is seeking a highly skilled Investment Analyst II to join our Production Debt/Equity team in San Francisco.

1. Undertake underwriting of commercial real estate properties based on historical financials, borrower projections, and market standards.
2. Compile loan request packages adhering to company guidelines and lender requirements.
3. Coordinate and track lender outreach, collect loan quotes, and create quote matrices for distribution.
4. Provide closing coordination, including review of due diligence, ordering third-party reports, and reviewing lender documents.
5. Develop and supply reliable borrower, property, and market level data using internal and external resources.
6. Conduct regional office servicing functions, including investor portfolio analysis and routine tasks through local market knowledge.

• Minimum two to five years of experience in commercial real estate finance.
• Four-year college degree in real estate, finance, accounting, or business area preferred.
• Strong proficiency in cash flow analysis and analytical skills.
• Proficient technical knowledge and skills, including Microsoft Office expertise.
